What does website maintenance include?

Monthly WordPress and plugin updates, content changes, bug fixes, malware scans, uptime monitoring, off-site backups, and a monthly report. The scope depends on which plan you choose.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Our care plans start at $100 per month. That includes one hour of website updates or content changes, plus all the monitoring, scanning, and update work. Larger sites or sites needing more frequent changes can get a custom plan. See current pricing.

Do I need to host with you to get maintenance?

No. We maintain WordPress sites hosted anywhere. Having your hosting with us makes fixes faster because we control the server, but it’s not required.

Can you update content on my website for me?

Yes. That’s one of the most common reasons clients hire us. You email what needs to change, whether it’s new photos, updated staff bios, seasonal promotions, or revised service descriptions, and we make the edits. Most changes are live within 1 to 2 business days.

What if my site gets hacked?

We clean malware, remove malicious files, and restore your site from a backup if needed. For sites on a care plan, we also apply preventive hardening to reduce the chance of it happening again.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

Normal requests are handled within 1 to 2 business days. Site-down emergencies get same-day attention regardless of when they happen.

Do you work on sites you didn't build?

Yes. We take on maintenance for existing WordPress sites built by other developers. We’ll do an initial review to understand the setup before starting.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Maintenance plans are month to month. If you cancel, we hand over a complete backup of your site and any access credentials.
